When you create a Stedy account, we collect your name, email address, and profile picture provided through Google OAuth. We do not store your Google password.

We collect information you provide when using Stedy, including tasks, meal plans, recipes, shopping lists, budget entries, and other content you create within the platform.

We automatically collect usage data such as pages visited, features used, device type, browser type, and IP address to improve our service.

We use your information to provide, maintain, and improve Stedy's features and services. This includes syncing your data across devices, enabling collaboration features, and personalizing your experience.

We may use aggregated, anonymized data to analyze usage patterns and improve our product. This data cannot be used to identify individual users.

We will never sell your personal information to third parties. We do not use your content data for advertising purposes.

We share your information only when you explicitly choose to collaborate — for example, when you invite someone to a shared space or share a project with a collaborator.

You can revoke Stedy's access to your Google account at any time through your Google account settings.

If you are located in the EU/EEA, you have additional rights under GDPR including the right to data portability, the right to restrict processing, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will remove your personal data within 30 days.

We may retain anonymized, aggregated data that cannot identify you for analytics purposes even after account deletion.

Backups containing your data may persist for up to 90 days after deletion for disaster recovery purposes, after which they are permanently removed.

Stedy is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under 13, we will promptly delete that information.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.

Your continued use of Stedy after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
