Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Stedy, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the service.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Stedy after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
Description of Service
Stedy is a life planning platform that provides tools for task management, weekly planning, meal planning, recipe management, shopping lists, pantry tracking, budget management, and collaboration.
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
User Accounts
You must create an account to use Stedy. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You agree to update your information to keep it current.
You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account and use the service.
Acceptable Use
You agree to use Stedy only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You may not use the service to store, share, or transmit content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable.
You may not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the service, other users' accounts, or any systems or networks connected to Stedy.
You may not use the service to send spam, distribute malware, or engage in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the service for other users.
Your Content
You retain full ownership of all content you create in Stedy, including tasks, meal plans, recipes, shopping lists, and any other data you input.
By using collaboration features, you grant other authorized users the ability to view and interact with content you share within shared spaces, as defined by the permissions you set.
We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. We will not use your content for any purpose other than providing and improving the service.
Intellectual Property
Stedy and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Stedy and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Our name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are our trademarks. You may not use them without our prior written permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stedy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.
Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.
Termination
You may terminate your account at any time by deleting it through your account settings. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or use the service in a way that could harm other users or the platform.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the service or via email at least 30 days before they take effect.
Your continued use of Stedy after the effective date of revised terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
